Integra coaching is also about the heroic journey (see under life coaching) and involves mastering the development of a generative state.

A generative state is one in which you go beyond where you have ever been before – to have a good life and exceed expectations.  It is a state where people learn to play the instrument given to them – their mind – body – brain system – the most amazing system ever developed.  To gain the capacity to be generative means giving up being a fundamentalist, and moving out from the ordinary time and experiencing the heroic journey.

In the Allied Learning Systems counseling technique called VISUAL ANALOG THERAPY Integra Life Coaching features at stage 6 which is called the CONTAINERISING STAGE of the heroic mental journey.

So it is a journey within a journey, or a single journey for coaching clients who simply seek a coaching solution.

The Integra Life Coaching model is a meta-model of steps with differing levels of attainment.  Throughout the experience, the meta-model is only a scaffolding for following and facilitating you, the client, so you determine how you know something, what you can do with it, with whom, when and why.

The coaching model is a pathway to actualizing, meeting the needs and wants reflected in the TEN DIMENSIONS OF HEALTH AND WELLNESS in stage 6 of the VISUAL ANALOG THERAPY model – The Equalising Stage.

The pathway to actualizing moves through competence, to enhancement and mastery, where actualizing something means to make it real and make it happen.  The motto is – “Never leave the scene of the great idea without doing something about it!” It is about staying with something in order to make it real so, Integra Life Coaching is about taking action and making things real.

The process is predicated on elements inside you which “fire” you up – so you can no longer stay where you are – you listen and begin the heroic journey and gain potency.  Failing to connect means remaining fundamental, in fear, and impotent.  The coach works from the inside out creating both an inner game and an outer game that balance and synergise.
